Each year, I accept a limited number of consulting projects as time allows. I am most interested in work that helps schools, districts, nonprofits, and education organizations use data, evidence, and practical systems to improve outcomes for students and communities.
The best-fit projects are those that advance the good of students and families who face the greatest barriers. This may include data dashboards, program evaluation, grant implementation support, school improvement systems, policy analysis, or tools that help educators make clearer and more equitable decisions.
If you have a project that could benefit from thoughtful analysis, practical design, and a strong public education lens, I’d be glad to hear about it.
